We monitor frequency and volume of orders to formulate a discount that will be applied to account.

How do you ship your products?
Products are securely wrapped in bubble wrap, and insulated by corrugated foam to ensure their safety in transit.

Do you do consignment or terms?
No we don’t do terms.

If I don’t have a resale number yet, can you still sell me glass?
Sorry, unfortunately we can't.

What should I do if some products are broken?
If anything is broken you must save the original box and packing it was shipped in and contact us within 48 hours.

What is the turn around time for an order?
We shoot to have our orders out 3 days after initial order.
